本文通过对10个糯质玉米自交系风干籽粒的总淀粉含量、支链淀粉的含量以及支链淀粉在总淀粉中的比重进行测定和方差分析,其结果表明:1)不同的糯质玉米自交系风干籽粒中总淀粉含量和支链淀粉含量差异显著;2)不同糯质玉米风干籽粒的胚乳中,淀粉主要以支链淀粉的形式存在,所占比重差异不显著。
In this paper, the total starch content, the content of amylopectin and the proportion of amylopectin in total starch of 10 waxy maize inbred lines were determined and analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that: 1) different waxy corn The total starch content and amylopectin content of the air-dried grains of inbred lines were significantly different. 2) The starch in the endosperm of the dried grains with different waxy corn mainly existed in the form of amylopectin, with no significant difference in proportion.
