把团队自反性引入高管团队(TMT)理论,并对相关文献进行梳理,提出理论假设,构建结构方程模型,通过对有效样本数据进行实证分析,探究TMT团队过程、团队自反性对决策绩效的影响。研究结果表明,TMT内部团队过程对决策的质量和满意度均有显著的正向影响,TMT外部团队过程对决策的质量和满意度也均有显著的正向影响;TMT内部团队过程对任务自反性和情感自反性均有显著的正向影响,TMT外部团队过程对任务自反性和情感自反性也均有显著的正向影响;TMT任务自反性对决策的质量和满意度均有显著的正向影响,TMT情感自反性对决策的质量和满意度也均有显著的正向影响。另外,TMT自反性对团队过程和决策绩效具有部分中介作用。
