目的 :建立颌下腺同种异体原位移植的动物实验模型。方法 :应用显微外科技术 ,分别选用猪和兔进行血供重建的颌下腺同种异体移植术。术后 2 4h受体兔行同位素扫描 ,以确定移植物是否成活。结果 :猪 3例手术均失败 ,移植物存活无一超过 2 4h;16例兔存活 13例 ,成功率 81.3% ,建立了稳定的模型。结论 :为建立颌下腺同种异体移植的模型 ,必须选择适当的动物。移植手术成功的关键在于熟练的显微外科技术和术后有效的抗感染措施
Objective: To establish an animal model of orthotopic transplantation of submandibular gland orthotopically. Methods: The submandibular gland allograft with blood and reconstruction was selected by using microsurgical technique. Rabbits were subjected to isotope scan 24 hours after operation to determine whether the graft survived. Results: All three pigs failed surgery, none of them survived for more than 24 hours. Thirteen of 16 rabbits survived, with a success rate of 81.3%. A stable model was established. Conclusion: In order to establish a model of submandibular gland allograft, we must select the appropriate animal. The key to successful transplantation is the proficient microsurgical technique and effective post-operative anti-infective measures
