China’s economic system has been determined to transition to a market economy, and the planned economic mechanism that has been operating for more than 30 years is currently undergoing transition. Thousands of large and medium-sized enterprises have gradually disintegrated the traditional corporate culture model, and a large number of foreign-funded enterprises have emerged during this transition period. In this period of transition of the old and new systems, many companies have been trapped in difficulties, resulting in a phenomenon of “difficult corporate culture”. Avoiding this phenomenon or arguing about a theoretical pattern of corporate culture is all in no help for companies in distress. Therefore, advocacy dilemma corporate culture research
