目的评价医院卫生消毒效果,改进医院消毒质量和管理水平。方法通过资料调查方法,对天津市某区医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量进行分析和评价。结果连续4年从该区医疗机构共采集不同消毒对象1 652份,消毒质量平均合格率93.95%。物体表面、医务人员手和室内空气卫生消毒质量合格率依次为93.5%、92.8%和89.1%,使用中消毒液合格率为98.9%,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌合格率为100%。结论该区医院消毒质量总体较好,室内空气卫生质量应重点加强管理。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of hospital sanitation and disinfection, improve the quality of hospital disinfection and management. Methods By means of data survey, the quality of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions in a certain district of Tianjin were analyzed and evaluated. Results A total of 1 652 disinfection objects were collected from medical institutions in the district for consecutive 4 years. The average passing rate of disinfection quality was 93.95%. The qualified rate of hygiene disinfection of hand, hand and indoor air of the objects was 93.5%, 92.8% and 89.1% respectively. The pass rate of disinfectant in use was 98.9% and the sterilization rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 100%. Conclusion The hospital disinfection quality is generally good, indoor air hygiene quality should focus on strengthening management.
