1.机关、单位管理涉密人员基本要求机关、单位应及时了解和掌握涉密人员思想状况和工作表现,对涉密人员遵守保密制度情况开展经常性检查,对涉密人员履行职责情况进行考核。机关、单位应当建立健全涉密人员管理制度,明确涉密人员的权利、岗位责任和要求,对涉密人员履行职责情况开展经常性的监督检查。(《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》第三十九条)
1. The basic requirements for authorities and units to manage secret-related personnel The organs and units shall keep abreast of and grasp the ideological status and work performance of secret-harvesters, carry out regular inspections on the compliance by secret-related personnel with the secrecy system, and conduct examination on the performance of duties by secret-related personnel . Organs and units shall establish and improve a management system for classified personnel, clarify the rights and duties of secret agents and their positions, and conduct regular supervision and inspection on the performance of their duties by secret agents.
