目的实现广东省佛山市南海区区内各医疗机构传染病的监测和报告等工作的自动化。方法在亿通医院信息化管理系统上安装传染病报告软件系统,自动识别登录医生账号,主动搜索电子病历中的医生诊断,一旦出现预设关键字,则系统自动识别,提取亿通医院信息化管理系统中的相关信息,并弹出传染病报告卡片,使需要报告疾病一旦诊断便自动报告。结果医生工作量减少,报告意愿提高,疾病漏报检查自动化,使防保科工作从手工操作转为信息自动化,从技术上减少了疾病报告的迟报、漏报或错报现象。结论本系统可提高医院防保科工作质量和效率,可以对传染病和其他疾病进行实时监控,减少传染病漏报、迟报现象,提高报告质量。
Objective To realize the automation of the monitoring and reporting of infectious diseases in various medical institutions in Nanhai District of Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Methods The infectious disease reporting software system was installed on Yitong Hospital Information Management System to automatically identify the account of the registered doctors and actively search the doctors’ diagnosis in the electronic medical records. Once the preset keywords appeared, the system automatically identified and extracted the information of Yitong Hospital Manage information in the system and pop up an infectious disease report card that automatically reports once the disease needs to be diagnosed. Results The physician reduced the workload, increased the willingness to report, automated disease avoidance inspection, and changed the work of preventive medicine from manual operation to information automation, which reduced the delay, omission or misstatement of the disease report technically. Conclusion The system can improve the quality and efficiency of preventive medicine work in hospitals, and it can monitor infectious diseases and other diseases in real time, reduce the omissions and delays of infectious diseases and improve the quality of reports.
