本文提出的测试扬声器参数的新方法是基于在不用消声室的情况下,测量扬声器的动生阻抗频率响应曲线。从曲线中可以确定扬声器以下参数: 1.精确测定扬声器低频的谐振频率 2.精确测定扬声器的品质因数 3.活塞振动区域的频率范围 4.过渡特性区域的频率范围 5.分割振动区域的频率范围 6.高频截止频率 7.中频谷点及其它原因(如腔体)所引起的谐振和反谐振频率 8.擦圈故障文中还描述和给出测量动生阻抗频率响应曲线的方法及部分实验结果。并指出该方法用于扬声器生产的流水线,作为检验扬声器的质量是一种很简便迅速的方法。
The new method of testing loudspeaker parameters proposed in this paper is based on the measurement of the dynamic impedance frequency response of a loudspeaker without an anechoic chamber. From the curve you can determine the following parameters of the loudspeaker: 1. Accurate determination of the low-frequency resonant frequency of the loudspeaker 2. Accurate determination of the quality factor of the loudspeaker 3. Frequency range of the vibration range of the piston 4. Frequency range of the transition characteristic area 5. Frequency range of the split vibration area 6. High-frequency cut-off frequency 7. Intermediate frequency valley and other causes (such as cavities) caused by the resonance and anti-resonant frequency 8. Scratch circle fault The article also describes and gives the measurement of dynamic impedance frequency response curve method and some experiments result. It is pointed out that this method is applied to the production line of loudspeaker and is a very simple and quick method to test the quality of loudspeaker.
