本文介绍了四方车辆研究所研究的一种快速测试保温车传热系数K值的方法:“基核冷却法”。此法是把保温车内部看成一个隔热基核。在一定条件下,其冷却是有规律指数工况。用冷却曲线确定试验工况的温差,以此计算出平均传热系数K值。经多次现车试验验证,24h内可完成一个工况测试,并有较高精度,适合保温车生产、运用和研究等部门使用。
This paper introduces a method of quickly testing the heat transfer coefficient K value of the insulation car researched by Sifang Vehicle Research Institute: “the base cooling method”. This method is to think of the inside of the insulation car as a thermal insulation core. Under certain conditions, the cooling is a regular index conditions. The cooling curve is used to determine the temperature difference of the test conditions to calculate the average heat transfer coefficient K value. After several car tests show that within 24h test to complete a condition, and a higher accuracy, suitable for insulation production, use and research departments.
