以6个不同抗旱性冬小麦品种为材料,研究水分胁迫对幼苗体内可溶性糖组分和含量的影响。用PEG6000水溶液模拟水分胁迫条件,HPLC测定可溶性糖组分和含量。结果表明,小麦幼苗含有可溶性低聚糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和果糖等,可溶性低聚糖是其中主成分。水分胁迫下各糖组分含量均增加,其可溶性低聚糖含量呈规律变化,抗旱性强的小麦品种,可溶性低聚糖含量增加与胁迫时间呈正相关。可溶性低聚糖可能是小麦幼苗阶段主要的糖类渗透调节物质。
Six different drought-tolerant winter wheat cultivars were used as materials to study the effects of water stress on soluble sugar content and content in seedlings. The PEG6000 aqueous solution was used to simulate the water stress conditions, and the content of soluble sugar was determined by HPLC. The results showed that wheat seedlings contain soluble oligosaccharides, sucrose, glucose, mannose and fructose, etc. Soluble oligosaccharides are the main components. Under water stress, the content of each sugar component increased, and the content of soluble oligosaccharides changed regularly. The increase of drought resistant wheat varieties and soluble oligosaccharides was positively correlated with the stress time. Soluble oligosaccharides may be the main sugar osmolyte in wheat seedling stage.
