耐火厂活性石灰车间是由西德克劳斯-马菲工业公司(KMAG)引进的600t活性石灰烧成车间,其产品是二炼钢厂生产用的原料之一t。这套设备在料位、仓位自动检测控制上采用了西德Endress+Hauser电气公司提供的放射性同位素检测装置,从而保证了活性石灰的产品质量,改善了生产人员的劳动强度。 1.工作原理放射性同位素γ源所辐射的γ射线透过料仓照射到检测元件上,容器中被测介质物位的变化,引起γ射线射程衰减的条件变化,致使检测元件所接收到的射线强度相应变化,通过电子线路使仪表动作(图1)。
