对13例急性再障和13例慢性再障作骨髓GM—CFU体外培养,结果显示急性再障集落产率明显低于正常对照组及慢性再障组(P<0.01),再障的骨髓集落形成率与非造血细胞比例呈高度显著的负相关。3例急性再障和2例慢性再障的T细胞对正常骨髓具有明显抑制作用;1例急性再障和2例慢性再障的血清亦能够抑制正常骨髓的集落形成,抑制率均>30%。
Bone marrow GM-CFU was cultured in 13 cases of acute aplastic anemia and 13 cases of chronic post-secondary. The results showed that the rate of acute aplastic anemia colony was significantly lower than that of the normal control group and chronic aplastic anemia group (P <0.01) The formation rate and non-hematopoietic cells showed a highly significant negative correlation. Three cases of acute aplastic anemia and two cases of chronic aplastic anemia T cells on the normal bone marrow significantly inhibited; one case of acute aplastic anemia and two cases of chronic aplastic anemia also inhibited the normal bone marrow colony formation, inhibition rates were> 30% .
