目的用氯化钡滴定法测定茴三硫片中的硫含量。方法用HCl和NH3·H2O溶液调节pH至5.5~7.0,加入20ml无水乙醇和3~4滴Na2C6O6指示剂,在微量滴定管中用标定好的BaCl2标准溶液滴定至溶液突变为红色,即为终点。结果测定结果的相对标准偏差即变异系数(RSD)仅为0.31%,说明该法的重现性好,精密度较为理想。结论本文建立的氯化钡滴定法可作为硫含量的测定方法。
Objective To determine the sulfur content in anethol sulfur tablets by barium chloride titration. Methods The pH was adjusted to 5.5-7.0 with HCl and NH3 · H2O solution, 20ml absolute ethanol and 3-4 drops of Na2C6O6 indicator were added and titrated with standard BaCl2 standard solution in a microtiter well until the solution changed to red, . Results The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the determination results was only 0.31%, indicating that the method has good reproducibility and good precision. Conclusion The barium chloride titration method established in this paper can be used as a method for the determination of sulfur content.
