[目的]研究中药薏苡仁汤配合关节镜治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]对24例痛风性关节炎患者采用中药内服及关节镜清理术。[结果]观察24例患者,23例切口完全愈合,1例受到尿酸盐结晶的侵蚀而导致伤口破裂,24例患者较术前肿痛都有明显减轻。[结论]中药配合关节镜对治疗痛风性关节炎具有恢复快,损伤少,疗效好等优点。 [Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Coix Seed Decoction combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of gouty arthritis. [Method] Twenty-four patients with gouty arthritis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and arthroscopy. [Result] Twenty-four patients were completely healed by incision of 23 cases. One case was eroded by urate crystals and caused rupture of wounds. All 24 cases were significantly relieved of preoperative swelling and pain. [Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthroscopy has the advantages of rapid recovery, less damage and good curative effect for the treatment of gouty arthritis.
