结合当前建设社会主义文化强国,提高国家文化软实力对高水平、创新型设计人才培养的需要,通过对个性化人才培养模式建构意义的阐述,从“环境设计”专业人才培养的独特性、主体性、创造性、和谐性等特点入手,提出个性化人才培养模式的基本框架。同时,总结了华中科技大学“环境设计”专业在人才培养目标与发展取向、创新模式与教学系统、课程建设与教改内容、教学方式与质量评估、课堂管理与教学实践等层面所进行的探索,并从课题研究角度对其在“环境设计”专业个性化人才培养模式建构方面取得的教改成果予以解析,以期对“环境设计”专业个性化人才培养模式建构及其教学改革起到推动作用。
