九里山矿１１０７１工作面回采时，曾因发生突出伤亡事故而被迫停产．恢复生产时，曾采用了补充密集抽放钻孔、浅孔中压注水结合效果检验等综合防突措施，但是效果不佳，以钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度法进行防突措施效果检验，检验测试指标仍达８Ｌ／ｍｉｎ左右，迫使反复采取补充措施
