近13年来,我院共收治急性有机磷农药中毒468例,其中重度中毒186例,占39.74％,其中男61例,女125例,年龄15～68岁;毒物的种类分别为剧毒:1605中毒96例、3911中毒15例,中等毒性:DDV中毒38例、乐果中毒37例;其中经消化道中毒者145例,服毒后至入院时间见表1;接触毒物至入院时间为5～26h。 中毒后根据病情首剂阿托品30～50mg,多数30mg,静注或肌注,以后每隔10～20min重复应用5～
Nearly 13 years, our hospital received a total of 468 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, of which 186 cases of severe poisoning, accounting for 39.74%, 61 males and 125 females, aged 15 to 68 years; poisonous species were highly toxic: 1605 96 cases of poisoning, 3911 poisoning in 15 cases, moderate toxicity: DDV poisoning in 38 cases, 37 cases of dimethoate poisoning, including 145 cases of gastrointestinal poisoning after admission to the time shown in Table 1; exposure to poison to admission time of 5 ~ 26h .
