决定企业经济效益状况的因素是多方面的,提高企业经济效益也有多种途径。本文提出的是近些年为人们所忽视的重要途径——开展社会主义劳动竞赛。众所周知,社会主义劳动竞赛,是一种侧重精神鼓励的企业职工之间或企业内部各车间、各部门间的群众性“比学赶帮超”方式和增产节约运动形式。其特点:一是它侧重于对优质、高产、低耗等工作成绩的道义上的弘扬,给职工以精神方面的导向;二是它强调实现优质、高产、低耗目标过程中的群体性和相互的交流、激励,培养职工的集体荣誉感且使之与实现个人价值的追求相融合;三是它把互学互助寓于竞赛的形式之中,着眼点是参与竞赛,而不是只强调竞赛的最终名次。以上特点,特别适合于在公有制企业
