软件质量问题是“软件危机”的主要症结之一,也是软件工程研究的核心。严密制定、切实执行一个适当的软件质量保证计划,不仅能保证和提高软件开发的质量,而且有助于提高软件的可维护性,减少返工,降低成本,提高软件的开发效率。为此我部参照采用ANSI/IEEE std730—1984《软件质量保证计划》,参考MIL-S-52779A《软件质量保证大纲》,并吸取我国军标以及各专业部门有关软件质量标准和计划的执
The software quality problem is one of the major crux of the “software crisis” and is also the core of software engineering research. The rigorous formulation and effective implementation of an appropriate software quality assurance program can not only ensure and improve the quality of software development, but also help improve the maintainability of the software, reduce rework, reduce costs, and improve software development efficiency. For this purpose, the Ministry refers to the ANSI/IEEE std 730-1984 “Software Quality Assurance Plan”, and refers to MIL-S-52779A “Software Quality Assurance Program”, and draws on China’s military standard and related professional departments’ software quality standards and plans.
