目的了解河南省农村中学生离家出走行为状况,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法分层随机抽取河南省4个省辖市39所农村中学学生8316名,采用青少年健康相关行为调查问卷进行调查。结果在调查前的1a中,农村中学生产生过离家出走意念和尝试离家出走的发生率分别为35.3%和7.2%;大家庭学生离家出走倾向的发生率最低,再婚家庭学生离家出走倾向的发生率高于其他类型家庭;离家出走倾向学生伴有不良心理-情绪障碍集聚现象。结论河南省农村中学生离家出走行为较为严重。政府部门和社会各界应关注农村学生的离家出走行为,积极采取有效措施,减少青少年离家出走行为的发生。
Objective To understand the out-of-home behaviors of rural middle school students in Henan Province and provide a scientific basis for formulating intervention measures. Methods Totally 8316 students from 39 rural middle schools in four provincial capitals of Henan Province were stratified randomly and were surveyed by questionnaire of health related behaviors among adolescents. Results In the pre-survey 1a, 35.3% and 7.2% of rural middle school students had the idea of running away from home and trying to run away from home. The incidence of out-of-home students in the extended family was the lowest, and the students of the remarried family ran away from home The incidence of tendencies is higher than that of other types of families; leaving students tend to have unhealthy psychology - emotional disorder accumulation phenomenon. Conclusions Henan rural middle school students run away from home more seriously. Government departments and all sectors of society should pay attention to the out-of-home behaviors of rural students and take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of out-of-home behaviors of young people.
