目的:出租车司机的心理健康已成为全社会关注的焦点,着力于探讨运动处方对促进南昌市出租车司机心理健康的关系。方法:采用“SCL-90精神症状自评量表”进行调查研究。结果:发现出租车司机的心理健康程度大大低于普通人群,主要表现为躯体化、敌对、焦虑和强迫,其次为精神病性、恐惧。通过对南昌市208名被试者(出租车司机),经过运动处方锻炼的出租车司机与非锻炼的心理健康水平存在显著性差异。结论:1)在优化出租车司机心理健康的方面,运动处方锻炼是一条行而有效的途径。2)干预时间(运动处方)与出租车司机心理健康的改善呈正比关系。
Objective: The mental health of taxi driver has become the focus of the whole society, focusing on the relationship between exercise prescription and promoting the mental health of taxi drivers in Nanchang. Methods: The “SCL-90 psychiatric symptoms self-rating scale” were used for investigation. Results: The mental health of taxi drivers was found to be much lower than that of the general population. The main manifestations were somatization, hostility, anxiety and coercion, followed by psychosis and fear. Through the investigation of 208 subjects (taxi drivers) in Nanchang City, there was a significant difference between the taxi driver who exercised through exercise prescription and the non-exercise mental health level. Conclusions: 1) Exercise prescription exercise is an effective and effective way to optimize the mental health of taxi drivers. 2) Intervention time (exercise prescription) is positively related to the improvement of mental health of taxi drivers.
