1981年1月至1992年12月间,我们共治疗食管贲门癌3467例,其中35岁以下青年食管贲门癌181例,占同期手术病例的5.24%(181/3467)。手术切除率90%,并发症发生率6.8%(11/181),手术死亡率1.1%(2/181)。术后1、3、5、10年生存率分别为98.5%、39.6%、27.5%、12.3%,综合治疗远期生存率,3、5、10年为42.3%、30.6%、13.1%。本文提示:提高远期生存率的关键在于早期确诊,尽早治疗及术后放疗、化疗的配合。
Between January 1981 and December 1992, we treated a total of 3,467 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers, of which 181 were esophageal and cardiac cancers among young people under the age of 35, accounting for 5.24% (181/3467) of the same period. The surgical resection rate was 90%, the complication rate was 6.8% (11/181), and the operative mortality rate was 1.1% (2/181). The survival rates at 1, 3, 5, and 10 years after surgery were 98.5%, 39.6%, 27.5%, and 12.3%, respectively, and the overall survival rate was in the long-term, 3, 5, and 10 years. 3%, 30.6%, 13.1%. This article suggests that the key to improving long-term survival is early diagnosis, early treatment and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
