X线照射是治疗恶性肿瘤的有效方法之一,下颌骨或邻近区域的肿瘤,在行放射治疗时下颌骨就可能暴露于放射线中。当患儿年龄较小时,就必须考虑其对下颌骨、牙胚及牙萌出的影响。本文作者对正处于生产发育期的幼鼠下颌区行X线照射处理,通过形态测量方法及组织学方法来研究局部X线照射对下颌骨生长及磨牙萌出造成的影响。材料与方法取50只出生5天的幼鼠,25只作实验组,另外25只作正常对照组。每组各取5只处死,用
