用牛布鲁氏杆菌抗独特型兔源抗体（简称二抗）苗免疫实验动物豚鼠１～３次后，采用琼脂扩散的方法检测抗兔抗体的产生。初步实验结果表明：免疫一次来检出抗兔抗体，免疫２次后检出了抗兔抗体。
After the guinea pigs were immunized with the Brucella abortus anti-idiotype rabbit antibody (the second antibody) for 1 ~ 3 times, the production of anti-rabbit antibody was detected by agar diffusion method. The preliminary experimental results show that: once anti-rabbit antibody was detected by immunization, anti-rabbit antibody was detected after immunization twice.
