[目的]探讨PGPR引发对紫花苜蓿幼苗耐盐性及其生理效应的影响。[方法]用3种不同植物生长促生菌溶液喷施紫花苜蓿幼苗,研究在75mmol/LNa2CO3胁迫下不同植物生长促生菌对紫花苜蓿幼苗生理生化特性的影响。[结果]与对照相比,施用不同植物生长促生菌处理的紫花苜蓿幼苗其叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均有不同程度的升高,其中CS3菌液处理效果最好。[结论]植物生长促生菌能够促进紫花苜蓿的生长发育并能提高其抗逆性。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of PGPR priming on salt tolerance and its physiological effect of alfalfa seedlings. [Method] The alfalfa seedlings were sprayed with 3 kinds of growth promoting bacteria solution to study the effects of different plant growth promoting bacteria on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of alfalfa seedlings under the stress of 75 mmol / L Na2CO3. [Result] Compared with the control, the contents of chlorophyll, free proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein in alfalfa seedlings treated with different plant growth-promoting bacteria increased to some extent, of which CS3 was the best . [Conclusion] Plant growth promoting bacteria can promote alfalfa growth and increase its resistance.
