为探索有机肥对于盐胁迫下蓖麻幼苗生长的影响,以淄蓖麻5号为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,研究2个盐碱土梯度(0.11%和0.19%)和3种有机肥(蚯蚓肥、菌肥和农家肥)对蓖麻苗的形态指标和生理指标及生物量等的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫显著抑制了蓖麻苗高、功能叶叶面积和单株干鲜重,并降低了渗透调节物质可溶性糖和丙二醛含量、POD和SOD的活性等;有机肥对蓖麻苗生长影响显著,施用蚯蚓肥的蓖麻苗的株高、地茎粗、功能叶叶面积、单株鲜干重较大,保护酶活性较大,叶绿素a、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量较高;施用蚯蚓肥和菌肥的蓖麻苗根系比重较大,渗透调节物质可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量较高。有机肥尤其是蚯蚓肥对盐胁迫下蓖麻苗的生理生态都有很好调控作用,更有利于促进盐碱土上培育蓖麻壮苗。菌肥对促进壮苗也有较好作用。
In order to explore the effect of organic manure on the growth of castor seedling under salt stress, pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of two salt-alkali soil gradients (0.11% and 0.19%) and three organic fertilizers (earthworm fertilizer , Bacteriostat and farmyard manure) on the morphological and physiological indexes and biomass of castor seedlings. The results showed that salt stress significantly inhibited the plant height, functional leaf area and dry weight per plant, decreased the content of soluble sugar and malondialdehyde, the activities of POD and SOD, The growth of castor seedlings was significantly affected by the earthworm fertilizer. The plant height, the stem diameter, the functional leaf area, the fresh weight per plant and the protective enzyme activity were higher in the castor seedlings. The content of chlorophyll a, total chlorophyll and carotenoid The root proportion of castor seedling with earthworm fertilizer and bactericidal fertilizer was larger, and the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and malondialdehyde were higher in osmotic adjustment substances. Organic fertilizers, especially earthworm fertilizer, has a good regulation on the physiological and ecological conditions of castor seedling under salt stress, and is more conducive to the promotion of castor seedling cultivation on saline-alkali soil. Fertilizer to promote strong seedlings also have a better effect.
