采用等摩尔硝酸钠硝酸钾作为反应介质,利用熔盐法制备了GdPO4:Eu纳米棒束。利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱和荧光寿命等测试手段对GdPO4:Eu纳米棒束的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了研究。X射线衍射结果表明,样品在250℃开始结晶,450℃结晶完全。扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究表明,产物主要由结晶度高的纳米棒组成的宽50~60nm,长600~1200nm的纳米棒束。发射光谱和激发光谱的研究结果表明:5D0-7FJ特征发射峰强度和激发光谱的强度随烧结温度的提高而增强,最佳掺杂浓度约为7%。
GdPO4: Eu nanobar bundles were prepared by molten salt method using equimolar sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate as reaction medium. The structure, morphology and luminescent properties of GdPO4: Eu nanorod bundles were investigated by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and fluorescence lifetime. X-ray diffraction results showed that the sample began to crystallize at 250 ℃ and crystallized completely at 450 ℃. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy studies have shown that the product is mainly composed of high degree of crystallinity nanorods composed of 50 ~ 60nm wide and 600 ~ 1200nm long nanorods. The results of emission and excitation spectra show that the intensity of the characteristic emission peak and the excitation spectrum of 5D0-7FJ increase with the increase of sintering temperature, and the optimum doping concentration is about 7%.
