本文以广西财经学院为例,从学生、授课教师以及学校三个层面分析地方普通高校双语教学现状及其在实施过程中遇到的困难、问题,并在此基础上提出相应的改进策略,以期促进地方普通高校双语教学质量提高,实现可持续高发展,为高等教育国际化打好基础。地方普通高校双语教学的内涵应主要体现在课堂教学层面,在保证学生系统掌握本学科专业基本知识和基本技能的基础上,训练和提升学生应用英语思考和解决问题的能力。
This article, taking Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example, analyzes the status quo of bilingual education in local colleges and universities and the difficulties and problems encountered in its implementation from the perspective of students, teachers and schools. On the basis of this, it puts forward some corresponding improvement strategies, Promote the improvement of bilingual teaching quality in local colleges and universities to achieve sustainable high development and lay the foundation for the internationalization of higher education. The connotation of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities should mainly be embodied in the classroom teaching. Students should be systematically trained in the basic knowledge and basic skills of this subject to train and enhance students’ abilities to think and solve problems in English.
