目的:建立一种同时测定水中9种挥发性卤代烃、3种硝基苯类和5种氯苯类物质的固相微萃取-气相色谱方法。方法:选用100μm PDMS纤维,恒温20℃,稳定的磁力搅拌萃取15 min,带ECD检测器的毛细管气相色谱分离分析。结果:该方法精密度良好(RSD为1.21%~7.36%),加标回收率为75%~130%。结论:该方法实现了9种挥发性卤代烃、3种硝基苯类和5种氯苯类物质的同时测定,具有快速、准确和方便等优点。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of nine volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, three nitrobenzene and five chlorobenzenes in water. Methods: 100 μm PDMS fibers were selected and heated at 20 ° C for 15 min with a stable magnetic stirrer. The samples were separated by capillary gas chromatography with an ECD detector. Results: The precision of this method was good (RSD 1.21% ~ 7.36%) and the recoveries were 75% ~ 130%. Conclusion: This method has achieved the simultaneous determination of nine kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons, three kinds of nitrobenzene and five kinds of chlorobenzenes, which is fast, accurate and convenient.
