Most of the biopharmaceuticals have been shown to be polarized, and their polarization properties can be used to judge the quality of crude drugs and to easily detect powdered crude drugs in prescriptions. It has become a feature of biopharmaceuticals. However, in the absence of visibility (dark field), many crude drugs can hardly be identified. For this reason, the author used D1CM (differential interference microscope), SEM (scanning electron microscope), and EDX (energy dispersive x-ray analyzer) The crystals contained in the fungus crude drugs were tested and studied. The raw medicines were made into 5mm~2 slices respectively.
