本文以实证方式探索了家长式领导、人际信任这两个本土化概念与高管团队有效性的关系,发现家长式领导的仁慈、德行领导对高管团队有效性有显著的积极影响,威权领导对高管团队有效性有显著的消极影响。团队内人际信任起到了部分中介的作用,德行领导通过提高人际信任对团队有效性产生正面影响,威权领导通过降低人际信任对团队有效性产生负面影响,但是仁慈领导对人际信任的作用不显著。
This paper explores the relationship between paternalistic leadership and interpersonal trust in these two localization concepts and the validity of senior management team by empirical method. It is found that the kindness and morality leadership of paternalistic leadership have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of senior management team. Significant negative impact on the effectiveness of the executive team. Interpersonal trust plays a part of intermediary role in interpersonal trust. Moral leadership has a positive impact on team effectiveness by improving interpersonal trust. Authoritarian leadership exerts a negative impact on team effectiveness by reducing interpersonal trust. However, the role of benevolent leadership in interpersonal trust is not significant.
