作者认为,企业集团领导制度是企业领导制度社会化的结果,是一定社会生产方式和社会制度的反映和体现。而对于任何一个企业集团来说,其领导制度的选择都不是唯一的,关键在于这一领导制度的选择是否有利于正确处理集团内外的各种经济关系,实现集团内部资源的优化配置。
The author believes that the enterprise group leadership system is the result of the socialization of the enterprise leadership system and is a reflection and embodiment of certain social production methods and social systems. For any enterprise group, the choice of its leadership system is not unique. The key lies in whether the choice of this leadership system is conducive to the proper handling of various economic relations inside and outside the group and the optimal allocation of resources within the group.
