本文介绍了以立式冲击磨作为主机的硅灰石等矿物超细加工系统的工艺流程和主要工作参数,给出了硅灰石等五种矿物的粉磨试验数据,探讨了操作工况对粉磨作业的影响,分析了粉磨过程中的磨损、功率消耗、收尘及噪声问题。一系列的试验研究表明该系统具有产品粒度小、粉碎比大、功耗低、结构布局简单、粒度调整方便、系统无粉尘污染等优点,是硅灰石等矿物超细加工的有效途径。
This paper introduces the process flow and main working parameters of the ultrafine processing system of wollastonite with vertical impact mill as the main machine, gives the grinding test data of five kinds of minerals such as wollastonite, discusses the operating conditions The impact of grinding operations, the analysis of the grinding process of wear and tear, power consumption, dust and noise problems. A series of experimental studies have shown that the system has the advantages of small particle size, large crushing ratio, low power consumption, simple structure and layout, convenient particle size adjustment and no dust pollution. It is an effective way to ultrafine wollastonite and other minerals.
