提出一款新型X波段的基于基片集成波导的方环缝隙圆极化天线。通过在SIW结构中引入短路方环缝隙和短路通孔可实现圆极化特性。加工制作并测试了该SIW天线,验证了该方法的可行性。实测的阻抗带宽和轴比带宽分别是11%(9.62-10.74GHz)和1.2%(10.08-10.2GHz)。该天线有良好的辐射特性,并在同类形SIW天线中具有较高的增益。
A new type of X-band square waveguide integrated circular waveguide circularly polarized antenna is proposed. Circular polarization can be achieved by introducing short-circuit square-ring gaps and short-circuit vias into SIW structures. The SIW antenna was fabricated and tested, which verified the feasibility of the method. Measured impedance bandwidth and axial bandwidth are 11% (9.62-10.74GHz) and 1.2% (10.08-10.2GHz), respectively. The antenna has good radiation characteristics and has a high gain in the same type of SIW antenna.
