目的:观察清金畅肺饮对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)痰热郁肺证大鼠气道炎症因子及气道病理形态的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠60只随机分为空白组、模型组、罗红霉素组及清金畅肺饮低、中、高剂量组,烟叶、硫磺烟熏合肺炎双球菌滴鼻法造模,观察各组治疗后大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎症细胞(巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞)、血清中IL-8、MCP-1的含量和气道病理形态的变化。结果:清金畅肺饮高、中、低剂量组及罗红霉素组均可使模型大鼠BALF中IL-8、MCP-1下降(P<0.05),气道病理形态学改变较轻。结论:清金畅肺饮具有一定的抑制COPD气道炎症的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Qingjin Changfei Drink on airway inflammatory factors and airway pathology in rats with phlegm and heat lungs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, roxithromycin group and Qing jing Chang Fei Yin low, medium and high dose group, tobacco, sulfur smoke and pneumococcus pneumoniae intranasal modeling, The changes of inflammatory cells (macrophages, lymphocytes, eosinophils), IL-8 and MCP-1 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and the pathological changes of airway in rats after treatment were observed. Results: The levels of IL-8 and MCP-1 in BALF of model rats decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the pathological changes of airway slightly changed . Conclusion: Qingjin Changfei drink can inhibit the airway inflammation of COPD.
