文章分析了国外企业集成全球创新资源模式，提炼出三种国外企业集成全球创新资源的模式：（1）基于知识集成创新模式；（2）基于技术集成创新模式：（3）基于市场——技术集成创新模式。文章强调资源集成对于企业自主创新的重要性，并针对国内企业提出了若干建设性意见。
