为了解微量元素锌在镉性肾损伤中的作用,在给大鼠腹腔注射镉(CdCl215μmol/kg)与巯基乙醇(ME300μmol/kg)混合液的同时及2小时后,皮下注射锌(ZnSO415μmol/kg)。结果显示:加锌可使镉所降低的线粒体锌恢复至正常水平,使被镉降低的线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力有所恢复,并使胞核内镉的转移速率加快,同时受损的肾功能及超微结构得到一定程度的改善。提示锌在镉性肾损伤的防护中可能具有一定价值
