采用重交70#沥青、聚丙二醇、脂肪族缩水甘油醚环氧树脂、芳香族酸酐和二聚脂肪酸酐(5个因素)及E-51环氧树脂制得环氧沥青材料。设计了五因素四水平正交实验,以拉伸强度和断裂伸长率为主要考核指标,研究了沥青、活性增容剂、固化剂等主要因素对环氧沥青材料力学性能的影响,并优化出最佳配方:10.0 gE-51双酚A环氧树脂,52.0 g重交70#沥青,1.5 g芳香族酸酐,8.0 g二聚脂肪酸酐,2.0 g脂肪族缩水甘油醚环氧树脂及0.5 g聚丙二醇,材料断裂伸长率可达231.65%,拉伸强度2.14 MPa。
Epoxy asphalt materials were prepared by using 70 # asphalt, polypropylene glycol, aliphatic glycidyl ether epoxy resin, aromatic anhydride and dimerized fatty acid anhydride (5 factors) and E-51 epoxy resin. The orthogonal experiment of five factors and four levels was designed. The main indexes of tensile strength and elongation at break were designed. The influences of asphalt, active compatibilizer and curing agent on the mechanical properties of epoxy asphalt were studied and optimized The best formula: 10.0 gE-51 bisphenol A epoxy resin, 52.0 g of heavy cross # 70 asphalt, 1.5 g of aromatic anhydride, 8.0 g dimer fatty acid anhydride, 2.0 g of aliphatic glycidyl ether epoxy resin and 0.5 g Polypropylene glycol, the material elongation at break up to 231.65%, tensile strength 2.14 MPa.
