济南铁厂有4座100m~3高炉,其12座热风炉热风阀原系采用工业水冷却,使用寿命平均在6个月左右。1977年全部改造为软水闭路循环汽化冷却,取得了较好的效果。12座热风炉累计生产运行300个月,共计更换3个阀体4个阀柄,现场修补2个阀柄,预计绝大部分热风阀的使用寿命将为高炉一代炉役。初步统计节约用水95%,降低高炉休风率0.2%。其冷却工艺为:1个汽包(φ1400×7000mm),3台(6BA—8A型)循环水泵(1台备用)供2座高炉的6座热风炉使用。软水由锅炉房的软水站用管道连续供给,每小时耗水0.6~0.8t。在热风炉设备,操作等方面也做了如下改进:①热风
