目的研究宁波地区2012年-2013年阴道毛滴虫与人型支原体的共生情况和药敏回顾性分析,为临床合理使用药物提供依据。方法对2012年-2013年医院门诊妇科女性阴道分泌物标本用Gran染色镜检出496例阴道毛滴虫,然后采用珠海丽珠试剂股份有限公司生产的支原体属培养鉴定药敏试剂进行鉴定和药敏实验。结果 496例阴道毛滴虫中303例感染人型支原体,阳性率为61.1%。59例感染解脲支原体,阳性率为11.9%。134例合并感染解脲支原体和人型支原体,阳性率为27.0%。强力霉素和美满霉素对阴道毛滴虫与人型支原体共生的支原体敏感性最强(>95%),交沙霉素的敏感率有上升趋势,喹诺酮类基本耐药。结论说明宁波地区阴道毛滴虫和支原体的共生情况很普遍,治疗阴道毛滴虫时应联合应用抗生素,首选强力霉素和美满霉素。
Objective To study the symbiosis and drug susceptibility of Trichomonas vaginalis and Mycoplasma hominis from 2012 to 2013 in Ningbo, and to provide a basis for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods 496 cases of Trichomonas vaginalis were detected by Gran staining in 2012-2013 gynecological female vaginal discharge samples from hospitals and hospitals. Then the Mycoplasma strains produced by Zhuhai Livzon Reagent Co., Ltd. were identified and drug-sensitized. Sensitive experiment. Results Among 496 cases of Trichomonas vaginalis, 303 cases were infected with Mycoplasma hominis, the positive rate was 61.1%. 59 cases of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection, the positive rate was 11.9%. 134 cases of combined infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis, the positive rate was 27.0%. Doxycycline and minocycline were the most sensitive (> 95%) to Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma hominis. The sensitivity of josamycin was on the rise, and quinolones were almost resistant. Conclusions Ningbo, Trichomonas vaginalis and mycoplasma symbiosis is common, the treatment of Trichomonas vaginalis should be combined with antibiotics, the preferred choice of doxycycline and minocycline.
