1982年秋,在黑龙江省森林植物园苗圃,发现二年生杨插条苗,自下而上的叶片,被一种真菌所寄生。镜检发现在病斑上生有Alternaria。 经调查得知该病在黑龙江、吉林、辽宁都有发生。该病菌既危害插条苗,又危害实生苗,发病最重者整株叶片于10月初全部枯死。 在野外调查的基础上,我们进行了病原菌种的分离培养,病原菌生物学特性及寄生范围的测定。结果如下:
The autumn of 1982, in Heilongjiang Forest Botanical Garden nursery, found two-year-old poplar seedlings, bottom-up leaves, parasitic by a fungus. Microscopic examination revealed Alternaria on the lesion. After investigation that the disease in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning have occurred. The germs not only affect the cuttings, but also endanger the seedlings, the heaviest incidence of whole plant leaves in early October all died. Based on the field investigation, we carried out the isolation and culture of pathogenic bacteria, the biological characteristics of pathogenic bacteria and the determination of parasitic range.
