地膜覆盖栽培技术是发展旱作农业的一项重要技术措施,对辽宁省这样无霜期短、比较干旱的农业区域更具有特殊意义。省有关部门根据农民群众的要求和地膜供应的实际能力,预计在1984年地膜覆盖栽培面积由1983年的87万亩扩大到150万亩。在大力推广地膜覆盖栽培技术的新形势下,有几个问题还需要反复宣传与强调。
Film mulching cultivation technology is an important technical measure for developing dry farming. It is of special significance to Liaoning Province where agricultural areas have short frost-free periods and relatively dry conditions. According to the requirements of the peasant masses and the actual capacity of the plastic film supply, relevant provincial departments are expected to expand the area covered by plastic film mulch in 1984 from an area of 870,000 mu in 1983 to 1.5 million mu. In vigorously promoting the new situation of plastic film mulching cultivation techniques, there are several issues that need repeated publicity and emphasis.
