用ｐＨ测定仪动态测定９例内短食管患者（１例伴严重食管狭窄）餐后３ｈ内食管ｐＨ值，记录ｐＨ曲线，计算Ｋａｙｅ分数。绍果，７例Ｋａｙｅ分数＞９０，提示有病理性胃一食管返流．
The pH value of the esophagus was measured within 3 hours after the meal in 9 patients (1 with severe esophageal stenosis). The pH curve was recorded and the Kaye score was calculated. Shao fruit, Kaye score of 7 cases> 90, suggesting a pathological gastric esophageal reflux.
