一、中小型水泥企业设备检修方式的选择目前中小型水泥企业的计划检修工作从时间安排上可分为“集中式”和“分散式”两种.所谓“集中式”就是指全厂集中一段时间,将生产线上的所有大小设备全部停下来进行检修,反之则称为“分散式”.笔者认为中小型水泥企业以采取“分散式”计划检修为好.“分散式”检修就是在企业制定年度检修计划时,以熟料烧成系统检修为主,依次适当安排生料、水泥、包装车间的检修工作.由于力量集中,可节约修理时间,容易保证检修质量.而“集中式”检修必然造成人力物力的分散,检修时间拖长,甚至为赶进度而草草收兵,隐患来不及消除.这些弊病在中小水泥企业的计划检修工作中屡见不鲜.

The so-called “centralized” refers to the concentration of the whole plant. At the time, all the equipment on the production line will be stopped for maintenance, otherwise it will be called “decentralized.” The author thinks that it is better for small and medium-sized cement companies to take “decentralized” plans for overhaul. “Distributed” overhaul is done in enterprises. In the annual overhaul plan, the inspection of clinker burning system is mainly based on proper arrangement of raw materials, cement, and maintenance work of the packing shop. Due to the concentration of power, repair time can be saved, and maintenance quality can be easily ensured. The “centralized” inspection and maintenance is inevitable. The dispersion of manpower and material resources, the prolonged maintenance, and even the rush to recover the progress of the project, the hidden dangers are too late to eliminate. These defects are common occurrences in the planning and maintenance of small and medium-sized cement companies.
