抗日战争爆发后,边区政府确立了社会教育与抗战、生产相结合的战略方针,强大的政治力量开始全面介入到社会教育中。通过形式多样的社教活动,在向民众普及文化知识的同时也进行了宏大的政治宣化。民众在接受新的观念和行为规范的同时,也开始接受新的价值观。社教活动成为民众与中共信息互动的媒介,中共也凭借社教活动开始掌控基层民众,进而全面掌控乡村社会资源,政治、社会教育与乡村社会实现了良性互动。
After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the border government established the strategic guideline of combining social education with the war of resistance and production. The powerful political forces started to fully intervene in the social education. Through various forms of social education activities, it has also carried out a grand political propaganda while popularizing cultural knowledge to the public. While accepting new concepts and codes of conduct, the people began to accept new values. The activities of social education became the medium of information interaction between the people and the CCP. The CPC started to take control of the grassroots people by means of social education activities, and then took full control of rural social resources. Political and social education realized a positive interaction with rural society.
