为解决外墙的渗漏,在技术上曾经采用过各种不同的方法,大都是在防水层上进行考虑。由于外墙立面装饰功能的特殊要求,当采用柔性防水材料时,防水效果较好,也能抵抗外墙在温度变化下所产生的变形,但柔性防水材料外表的可装饰性较差,在其表面上做的抹灰,贴的瓷片均难以持久。因此要解决外墙的渗漏问题,必须从根本问题着手,以墙体的自身防水功能为重点,找出渗漏隐患,对症下药。
In order to solve the seepage of the external wall, various methods have been adopted in the technology, and most of them are considered on the waterproof layer. Due to the special requirements of decorative facades, when the flexible waterproof material is used, the waterproof effect is better and the deformation caused by the temperature change of the external wall can be resisted. However, the appearance of the flexible waterproof material is poorly decorative. The plaster on the surface, paste the tiles are difficult to sustain. Therefore, to solve the problem of seepage of the external wall, we must start from the fundamental problem, focus on the waterproof function of the wall itself, find out the hidden dangers of leakage and remedy the problem.
