一、概述连杆是发动机中高速平面运动的零件,为延长汽车发动机的使用寿命,减少发动机的振动,安装在发动机上的每组连杆,要求大、小头重量控制在允许的公差范围之内。但由于连杆毛坯在加工后,重量不会完全一致,这样就需要将不同重量的连杆,经过称重去重,使大小头的重量限定在允许的公差范围之内。为此,上海第五机床厂、上海第二天平仪器厂、上海机床电器厂及华中工学院等单位的同志共同合作,在深入实际,调查研究,反复实验,注重实践的基础上,广泛地吸取了各方面的经验,经过一年多的时间,于1972年8月为我厂试制成功了LQX 连杆称重去重自动线,它能完成连杆大、小头的称重去重和连杆的分类。这条自动线经安装调试,现已投入生产使用。
