[目的]对南昌市医疗机构消毒效果进行检测,分析消毒工作中存在的问题及解决方法。[方法]辖区医疗机构的空气、物体表面、医务人员的手、消毒剂、紫外线灯和压力蒸汽灭菌器,按《消毒技术规范》操作。[结果]空气合格率为59.5%,物体表面合格率为86.4%,其余几项合格率均在90%以上。[结论]应加强对医疗机构医务人员的消毒知识培训,加大投入,加强监督。 [Objective] To detect the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Nanchang and analyze the problems and solutions in the disinfection work. [Method] The air, the surface of the object, the hand of the medical staff, the disinfectant, the ultraviolet lamp and the pressure steam sterilizer of the medical institutions in the area are operated according to the disinfection technical specifications. [Result] The passing rate of air was 59.5%, the passing rate of object surface was 86.4%, and the remaining pass rates were above 90%. [Conclusion] The disinfection knowledge training for medical personnel in medical institutions should be strengthened, investment should be increased, and supervision should be strengthened.
