水是人体中含量最多的、必不可少的营养物质。儿童少年处于生长发育的关键时期,其渴觉机制尚未发育成熟[1],饮水不足或过量会直接影响到他们的身体健康、智力发育以及行为活动表现、认知功能和精神状态(如警觉性降低、注意力不集中、疲倦、头痛等)[2]。充足饮水是保持每天充沛体力、脑力和健康状态的基础[3],适量水摄入对儿童的健康和生存至关重要。该文将水对儿童少年的重要性及国内外关于儿童饮水的研究将综述如下。
