在FeCrBC合金系粉芯丝材中添加一定的氟化钙,采用电弧喷涂方法在铝合金基体表面制备含氟化钙铁基涂层。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和高温摩擦磨损试验分析了氟化钙含量对涂层组织及磨损性能的影响。研究表明:电弧喷涂层中的氟化钙多以层片状形式分布。当粉芯丝材中氟化钙质量分数由0%增加到10%时,涂层摩擦系数及磨损量减小,并且添加氟化钙的涂层磨损后表面形貌光滑平整。
In the FeCrBC alloy cored wire to add a certain amount of calcium fluoride, arc spraying method on the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate containing calcium fluoride-based coating. The effects of calcium fluoride content on the microstructure and wear properties of the coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and high temperature friction and wear tests. The results show that the calcium fluoride in the arc sprayed coating is mostly distributed in the form of lamellar. When the mass fraction of calcium fluoride in the cored wire increased from 0% to 10%, the coefficient of friction and wear of the coating decreased, and the surface morphology of the coating with calcium fluoride was smooth and flat.
